Mike Brown - Owner -
Mike is a proud 1975 graduate of the
Computer Sciences Program at the
formerly-known Tri-State University
(now Trine University) where he is also an alumnus of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. After graduation, Mike returned home and took over his parents' bowling company, Fairborn Bowling Supply, and over the years has adapted it to TCA Graphics ( Tee Creations & Apparel). Mike is very active in the community and has even sat on the Fairborn Parks and Recreation Board.

Deedee Hilbun - Office Manager -
Deedee has been with TCA Graphics for over 10 years and has previously worked as a screen printer and embroiderer. She is now our office manager and makes sure that everything runs smoothly here at TCA. In her spare time she likes to spoil her dog and spends time with her family and friends.

Stephanie McKitrick -
Printing Specialist -
Stephanie is a 2010 graduate from Wright State University with a Bachelors in English. She has been with the TCA family since 2014, operating our automatic press, and has been printing since 2006. In her spare time she enjoys freelance copy editing and playing Australian rules football for the Columbus Jillaroos. To see their game schedule, check out their

Holly  Peterman-
Marketing and Media Coordinator -
Holly has been with us since 2012 and is our marketing and media coordinator. Prior to marketing and media, Holly has done a little bit of everything around the shop such as screen printing, vinyl work, and embroidery, as well as helping make sure the front office runs smoothly. She spends her evenings and weekends with her children at their many sporting events.

Andrew Sollenberger -
Graphic Artist -
Andrew is a 2015 graduate from Sinclair Community College with his Associates of Applied Sciences in Visual Communications. Outside of TCA, Andrew is very involved both behind the scenes and on stage at Brookville Community Theatre. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family as well as scuba diving.

Noelle Eassom -
Administrative Assistant-
Noelle is one of the newest members of the TCA team. Born and raised in the Dayton area, Noelle graduated from Sinclair Community College in 2015 with her Associates of Applied Sciences in Visual Communications. When not working, Noelle enjoys spending time with her friends and family, spoiling her cat Tobi,
and hiking.

Sara Mefford -
Embroidery Specialist -
Sara has been embroidering for over 6 years, but joined the TCA team in the spring of 2017. Outside of TCA, Sara goes to Clark State Community College where she is working to become a Registered Nurse. Upon completion, she hopes to transfer to a 4-year college to achieve her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Sara enjoys fishing, playing Xbox, and spending time with her family and friends in her free time.

Brandon Olah - Screen Tech -
Brandon has been with TCA Graphics since 2013. As a Screen Technician, Brandon's job is to burn and prep all screens for printing here at TCA.  In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing softball and spending time with his family.

Adam Comer -
Finishing and Receiving -
Adam has been a part of the screen printing industry since 2007 and with TCA Graphics since 2015. In his spare time Adam enjoys playing video games and closely follows his two favorite hockey teams, the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Matt Hicks - Screen Tech -
Matt Hicks - Screen Tech - Matt is the newest employee of TCA Graphics. He cleans the screens and prepares them for their next job. In his spare time Matt enjoys playing Xbox One and spending time with his son.
