Our History

In 1952, Claire and Alice Brown owned and operated Fairborn’s two bowling allies, Fairborn Recreation and Fairlanes. In 1958, they started the Fairborn Bowling Supply company. Mike Brown, son of Claire and Alice, grew up helping his parents in the family business until he went off to college in 1971. Brown, a 1975 graduate of Tri-State University (now Trine University) and Kappa Sigma alumnus, took over his parents’ business in 1976 and began making custom shirts for local bowling leagues. In 1978, Brown expanded the company, began to print custom t-shirts, and re-named the company Fairborn Sports Center, allowing for a larger
customer base.

In 1982, Brown bought a screen printing company out of Dayton, merged the two businesses and re-named the company Tee Creations. The demand for custom apparel had outgrown that small basement of the bowling alley, so in 1998 Tee Creations moved to its new and permanent location just down the road. After a great 22 years of local business, it was time to take Tee Creations on-line and offer our services to the World Wide Web. Mike Brown re-branded the company for the last time to TCA Graphics: Tee Creations & Apparel.

TCA Graphics is particularly proud of the long-lasting partnerships  and friendships we have developed over our 40 years. We have been long-time partners and friends with many area businesses and groups including City of Fairborn, Fairborn City Schools, Fairborn Chamber of Commerce, Wright State University, The University of Dayton, Wilmington College, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

We are very proud to have been in business for 40 years. It is a great milestone in our company and reinforces TCA Graphics’ strong position in this competitive marketplace. We could not have done this without our dedicated employees and our loyal customers.
