                         Can I bring in my own items to have embroidered or screen printed?

Yes!  However, customer supplied garments are NOT guaranteed. The processes used in embroidery and screen printing can sometimes cause unforeseen damage.

 

                         What is your turn-around time for average orders?

Our typical turn around is 5-10 business days or less from the approval of your artwork.  But, each order is unique and completion time may vary.  You can call us or Email us your potential order for a free quote and a more accurate estimated time of completion.

 

                         What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Approved Purchase Orders, personal checks, and cash.  There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

 

                        What is your return policy?

At TCA Graphics, we work very hard to make your custom ordering experience as easy and pleasant as possible.  We do this by giving you a proof before we embroider or print your items. We also triple check by three different employees for accuracy to make sure your garments are exactly the way you want them to be. (You will receive an initialed copy with every order.) If by chance you are not happy with your custom product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the issue for you.

 

                         What format does my art need to be in?

We prefer Vector art (AI, CDR, TIFF,  or EPS).  However, we can accept the highest resolution .jpeg of your design that you have.  In general, we can read all types of image and document files.  But, the better the image, the better your results will be.  Email us for a free quote.

 

                        How much do I have to order?

• Screen printing: Minimum quantity is 12 garments with a design up to 4 colors. A design of 5 or 6 colors has a 24-garment minimum.

• Embroidery: No minimum required; however, first price break is at 4 garments.

 

                        How is my price determined?

Your price is primarily determined by three things:

1. The product you select

2. Total number of colors and locations needed for printing

3. Quantity in your order

 

We have set prices for artwork fees (if applicable), screens, and re-orders.  Unlike some companies, we do NOT build shipping costs into our prices, giving the customer the option to pick up in store.  We also give you our business shipping rate so you can save money.

 

Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings.

 

                        How can I get help with my design?

Most design questions can be answered by our service representatives.  If you need expert design consultation, call our art specialists for a free consultation at 937-878-2822 from 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday.

 

                        Can I get a sample before I order?

We give every customer a paper proof.  However, during certain circumstances, we can provide you with a sample shirt.  If you need one for your business or organization please give us a call or Email us and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

 

                        How do I order my design with different products, colors, or styles?

If you have one design but want multiple products, styles, or colors, TCA Graphics will give you the best volume price for your entire order. Simply save your design on one of the styles and give us a call and/or Email us to choose other styles/colors, get your final price, and place your order.

 

                        Do you provide rush orders?

Since every order is important to us, we do not provide rush orders.  If you do have an event date within our typical 5-10 day turnaround, please call or Email us and check to see if we can schedule you in.

 

                        Can you ship my order?

Absolutely! TCA Graphics is geographically placed in the heart of Fairborn, just 10 miles from “The Crossroads of America”—the I-70/I-75 interchange—making it easier for your shipment to get to you faster. Please let us know if you would like a shipping quote when placing your order.

 

                        Do you offer contract screen printing?

Yes we do! We require each contract business to have a vendor’s license and to supply their own garments, among a few other things. Besides our GREAT prices and easy ordering, TCA Graphics' location is perfect for any high-volume business.
